Join me for 15 minutes every morning for a free Daily Meditation Circle. This gathering is designed for women who wish to cultivate a regular meditation practice and start each morning with mindfulness and serenity.
Our sessions begin with guided breathwork, setting a calm and focused tone. Following this, we'll engage in 5 minutes of silent meditation where you are encouraged to listen to your own inner wisdom.
